The sliding guide rail adopts medium frequency quenching, the hardening layer is deep, the hardness is above HRC50°, and the joint surface of the drag plate and the bed is pasted. 2. Introduction of the main drive The spindle of this series of machine tools is manual shift (4 gears) (frequency conversion), and the spindle speed range is (I. gear 17-70 II. gear 38-155 III. gear 75-293 IV. gear 170-653 stepless speed regulation), large torque, good reliability. The spindle bearing adopts domestic (Dalian Kettero) high-precision bearings, (Dalian Kettele bearings are mainly equipped with well-known domestic manufacturers: Shenzhong machine tool, Shenyang, Dalian, Baoji, Yunnan CY, Anyang Xinsheng, etc.) running smoothly and with high precision. 3. Feed system The Z-axis feed system of the machine tool adopts the transmission mode of servo motor driving the ball screw, and the X-axis feed system adopts the transmission mode of the servo motor directly driving the ball screw through the coupling. The main lead screw of the machine tool is selected from the high-precision lead screw of Shaanxi Hanjiang Machine Tool Co., Ltd., and each lubrication point of the feed system is lubricated regularly by the centralized lubrication system. 4. CNC controller system.

Chuck.

Manual tail stock.
The tailstock consists of two parts: the upper body and the lower body. The upper body is equipped with a sleeve and a sleeve fast and slow movement mechanism. The tailstock sleeve cone hole of the machine is 6 on the Mohs scale and can be used with a Mohs 5 tip if attached to the cone sleeve.
